FOR THOSE SEEKING SUPPORT:
We all have needs for connection, support and comfort. Emotional pain can be the result when these needs are not being met. When we don’t know how to deal with the flood of difficult emotions, they start to affect our actions. Before long this gives rise to all kinds of behaviors that get us into trouble or leave us empty. This pain becomes a negative cycle that gets in the way of living a successful and satisfying life. Unmet needs can also affect how our children function and how our families relate.
When we find ourselves in this place a thirst develops inside of us. This thirst is a natural desire to fill our need for connection and inner peace. When something is missing we grasp for what we believe will satisfy. It is vitally important however that we meet the need at its source rather than temporarily quenching our thirst. Like a tree planted by streams of living water we can find unending nourishment and satisfaction when we get to the source of our need. It can be difficult to find this place on our own. It is my desire to journey with you to help you find the tools that will give you the connection and comfort that you need. For more information on how to get started click here.
FOR THOSE SEEKING SUPERVISION:
As a therapist you want to lead people to secure attachment by getting them to the core of their need. I believe it is so important for therapists to bless out of their own abundance, by having a place to go to for supervision, consultation and support. As a therapist myself, I have greatly benefited from the support of my supervisor. I now hope to provide a safe and accessible place for you to grow in your clinical skills and see the results you desire in your own practice. Click here for more information about EFT supervision.
I invite you to look around my site, I have provided a lot of information. The goal in doing so is to give you a feel for who I am as a person, and to give you a sense of the work that I do. If you would like to contact me via email at , I would value hearing from you.
